This must be a fine restaurant.......the ambiance is rustique and very pleasant.
They serve fish and fuirs-de-mer: all other edible things that come from the sea day aftyer day.....and freshly prepared here.
You will get all the side dishes you wish for or that go with the ordered dish.
There is also a large room for grouops up till 35 persons.
Favorite Dish: In summer you will be served in the "COUR", which is the large yard outside the restaurant and probably walled....in any case you will find there shady places to savour your meal and drink a special traditional beer called: BEERS OF TR?GOR.
Another day you can go visit that brewery and taste all beers they brew......see MUST SEE tips........

m. ET mME quivoron THEMSELVES will help you and...keep an eye on everything.......they want to pamper their guests.
Their specialities are CR?PES GARNIES and also drinks of course and FINE TEA!
How about ICE CREAM FOR DESSERT???
Cr?pes are the flinter thin pancakes with sucre, syrop, confiture etc..
These are baked with wheat!
The Galettes are baked with buckwheat flower and are darker and more a "real meal"
You could have a side dish of a fine salad...
The love filling them with ham and cheese and op top an egg, sunny side up and the 4 sides are folded inwards so that you get a rectangle and the egg is visible...
Who would like the RECEPI: EMAIL ME, eden_teuling@VirtualTourist.com
Favorite Dish: I can only eat 1 galette and I prefer the cr?pes that are thinner.....
For centuries the galettes were the most important food in the countryside.
The rich filling/stuffing with ham/beacon/cheese, fish and egg are from better days.....
This is the way the locals from HAUTE BRETAGNE eat them, in BASSE BRETAGNE they are more refined......
Sarrasin (buckwheat flower) originates from Middle Asia and was introduced in the West during and after the Crusades.
Nowadays it is called: harpe noire in Bretagne.

This is a very nice place situated in the little town's centre which is a very nice large square.
On one side is the Cathedral and opposite the Cathedral is this restaurant.
As you can see the houses have once, long ago traditionally been built of pieces of granite of which there a 3 kind to be found in Tr?guier's surrounding countryside: Dol?rites, Gneiss, Volcanic tuff / tufa and another one I can't remember the name of, sorry!!
Favorite Dish: They offer hungry tourists and locals their Sp?cialit?s de la Mer, special fish dishes and of course thare are MENUS and dining ? la Carte is also a possibility!
They will serve you with French kindness and grace.....
