The restaurants in Calvi harbour are all very similar they all have great fish menus and include some good steaks but you will pay a little more for their location.
A little further back you can get the same quality without the view for a little less Euro.
Average is about 15E for a three course meal.
One of the downsides is the lack of choice - we didn't come across any other restaurant types but I figure that this is because the visitors are mainly french/Italian. The other thing I found quite strange is that I couldn't find 1 chicken dish in any of the restaurants we visited.
Favorite Dish: Corsica specialises in cured meats, plentiful and tasty but they don't smell so hot in the supermarket.
If you like pizzas, fish, red meat, cheese and ice-cream you'll love all the restaurants.
This is a typical local food serving Corsican food. You will enjoy eating at this restaurant. It is right on a little side-street next to the famous Santa Maria Church. Servers are freindly and the food is good and please book a table at the terrace.
Favorite Dish: local salad and fish food and Corsican local wine
