    Train station

This little village has a train station. We discovered it when we walked back from the castle to our hotel (a 10 minute walk) and took a different way. Which also made us realise that on our way there (to the castle) we'd made an unnecessary detour. Hahaha!

Anyway, trains from the nearest larger city called Tours are quite frequent. I counted 7 trains between about 9-17 hrs on a weekday. The trip from Tours takes anything between 23 and 47 minutes.

    Take the Mini-Van Tour

We were touring France by rails so picked up a mini-van tour at the tourist office in Tours across from the train station. The half-day tours are about $50 US, but this includes admission to the Chateau.
