La Châtre: Laloeuf
On our way, while crossing the country, we went through the hamlet of Laloeuf. No information but some photos to remember.

La Châtre Beaten Path: Sarzay castle
This was, without protests, one of the points more interesting of our trip for this year. The medieval Castle adorned disproportionate in comparison with the importance of the village.(319 inhabitants) Built to the 14th century, the fortress understood to the origin besides the lordly dwelling and the chapel, thirty eight defence towers, two walls of pregnant one sheltering five hectares, three bridges levis, a poterne and many military devices.
Since 1983 Richards Hurbain - the owner - attaches itself to him to give again his origin aspect.
Possibilities of B & B in the dependences of the Castle.
The Castle is opened to the public all the year of 10h00 to the grave of the night. Tariffs: Adults 5€, Children 3€, Groups (+8) 4€.
Ce fut sans conteste un des points les plus intéressant de notre parcours pour cette année.
Le Château médiéval parait disproportionné par rapport à l'importance du village.(319 habitants)
Bâtie au 14ème siècle, la forteresse comprenait à l'origine outre le logis seigneurial et la chapelle, trente huit tours de défense, deux murs d'enceinte abritant cinq hectares, trois ponts-levis, une poterne et de nombreux dispositifs militaires.
Depuis 1983 Richard Hurbain - le propriétaire - s'attache à lui redonner son aspect d'origine.
Possibilités d'hébergements dans les dépendances du Château.
Le Château est ouvert au public toute l'année de 10h00 à la tombée de la nuit. Tarifs: Adultes 5€, Enfants 3€, Groupes (+8) 4€.

La Châtre Beaten Path: Montgivray
Montgivray a town situated to 3 kilometres to the north of La Châtre on the RD 72.
This is in following the Indre river that is no more here that a small river that we arrived to Montgivray.
The principal interest center is the castle: this is some does a former commander castle of the the Temple knights. It was a time the residence of the girl of Georges Sand. The castle does currently city hall office and therefore is some left accessible freely.
To the back the camping is opened from the first May.
Montgivray est un village situé à 3 kilomètres au nord de La Châtre sur la RD 72 .
C'est en suivant l'Indre qui n'est ici qu'une petite rivière que nous sommes arrivés à Montgivray.
Le principal centre d'intérêt est le château: c'est en fait une ancienne commanderie des Templiers . Il fût un temps la résidence de la fille de Georges Sand. Le château fait actuellement office de mairie et donc est en partie accessible librement.
A l'arrière le camping est ouvert à partir du premier mai.
