Few people dare stop over the bridges over the river, especially in Clichy, where the bridges are designed for cars rather than for people. Still, the mayor thought it could be warmer for pedestrians if there were some flowers pots here and there... And, it may influence your opinion about these bridges and the consequent interest of having a pause up there...
