In a mere street of Clichy, I have found some old cars parked here and there... Would I infer that it's the typical Clichy touch to possess an old car ? Mmm... noooooo !
In France (I wouldn't say, in the whole world, as I've basically never asked to my foreigner friends which trade mark they use), BIC is probably the most famous trade mark of pens. It is so famous that, when you miss one, you don't ask for a pen, but for a BIC. And, guess what ? I have found BIC's HQ in Clichy !!!
What to buy: Pens, pens, pens and pens... And maybe pens, if there are still some left...
What to pay: It's the HQ, so ask for a discount !!!!!
The Seine, that parts Paris in two supposed-to-be-different banks, also edges Clichy and represents the physical border with Asnieres. Still, it's a pleasure to walk alongside the Seine on Asnieres' bank to appreciate Clichy...
Few people dare stop over the bridges over the river, especially in Clichy, where the bridges are designed for cars rather than for people. Still, the mayor thought it could be warmer for pedestrians if there were some flowers pots here and there... And, it may influence your opinion about these bridges and the consequent interest of having a pause...more
