Rather taking a boat to the beach of Lodo, try to go there by foot. It will take you about 3 hours and the road isn't very bad, even me, who has no experience in such things, could do that. The biggest part of the road goes on the coast of the sea with some diversions in the land which is usually privet so no camping there.
However, we didn't go till Lodo as we started this walk late in the afternoon and we stopped after 1 hour of walking at the nearest lighthouse.
Equipment: A pair of good shoes, some water and sun protection cream.

A strong "tramontane" wind was blowing last week and several windsurfers were having a blast zipping back and forth.
Equipment: I noticed a rental shop on the beach near the marina, 50 meters from the Office du Tourisme.
