Favorite thing: If you are driving in Haut Normandie on the roads more or less paralleling the river on either bank of the Seine River, there are many viewpoints at which to stop and just admire the view. (After al the Impressionists enjoyed it!). There are fine bridges across the river, so it is easy to get from one side to the other, There are places both above and below Rouen at which to stop and things to see as well. Be sure to find a meal in this area and remember that this is cheese country.
