In Rouen as in many other places, you might encounter beggars of various kinds. I had spotted on the other side of the street, behind the Palais de justice, this old man, who was looking fine but had a strange behavior. He addressed some of the passer-by, not each of them, and asked very discreetly something to them. By pure chance, I was lucky to shoot when one person answered him by tipping.
