Cy' click is a simple, rapid bike rental system that meets all your cravings. Subscriptions are varied you can choose between 1 day, 7 days, six months or a year.
The first half hour is always free of charge regardless of your subscription.
There are 20 stations in downtown. One has the entrance of the hostel. The price was in September 2010 for example for 2 h €7.

Even though there are quite a few pedestrian streets in Rouen, it is easy to park the car. Make sure you have a map of Rouen and follow the signs.
I find the parking under Place Vieux Marché perfectly located for the city walk that I describe in the travelogues.
