Favorite thing: These street signs are popping up all over the city, especially close to landmarkes, tourist attractions and popular areas. Great idea whoever thought of it!

Favorite thing: The oldest street in Paris is the Rue de Lutece on the Ile de la Cite, derived from Lutetia (mud, clay), the original Roman word for Paris when it was a village.
Favorite thing: Don´t only run to visit the typical tourist places but walk through the beautiful little streets downtown Paris and enjoy the ambience, try to find out about tipical french life.
Take some time to just walk around Paris. The atmosphere of the city itself is amazing - cafés, little colorful shops, people on bicycles... Oh, and don't forget your camera!
Walk around. Talk to people. Act as if you were a part of the city and not just another tourist. There's lots of interesting stuff going on in Paris - look for it!
Favorite thing: We love to just walk around the city and enjoy the architecture, parks and the Seine. It is lovely by day and, if you get a nice evening, it is really romantic.
Walk. Don't travel by car because you don't need to in Paris. The Metro (subway) will get you everywhere you want to go
