Finally I made it to one of the most popular (gay) scenes in Paris...Le Queen! It sure is one of the biggest clubs in town located right in the middle of Avenue des Champs-Elysees. We were ones of the first groups who arrived...how amateurs you may say but the good thing is we had one of the best spots to see all the "pretty" stuff that was going on, ha! Not so long, people started to fill up the place and soon later the dance floor and the two podiums.
A white shirt and jeans seemed like a chic thing to wear among men who come here...I wonder if it's a gay identification. But whatever it's meant to say I just think it makes everyone look the same.
A: "Hey, that one in a white shirt and jeans looks so cute!"
B: "Hmm? Where? Which one?"
A: "10 o'clock!!!"
B: "er...there are like 5 of them. Which one?!?"

Queen was arguably one of the hotter clubs in Paris in its day.
Clientele was majority (my opinion) gay on most nights, but everyone was welcome and had a great time. They even let me in.
Nowadays it is no longer as exclusive nor as gay a hotspot as it was in the past, but still can get hot after midnight when it fills up.
Excellent music, check out the web site before you go to make sure it's for you, then..
go.
Dress Code: Dress Up, even though not everyone does anymore. On busy nights how you were dressed used to determine when and if you got in.

Of course, ladies, except on wednesday, it will not be that easy for you to get inside, but, gentlemen, if you want to have a really good night, listening to good music and if you're not afraid of men grabbing your bottom ... go dancing here !!
: allez-y !
Dress Code: This is supposed to be a gay dancing club, but even if you're not gay, you may also sneak inside (if dressed with trendy fashioned clothes, of course).
C'est normalement un club pour gays, mais, si vous n'en etes pas, vous pouvez vous faufiler a l'interieur (si vous etes habilles tendance, bien sur).
