This is a place for you to relax after reading up some much history & culture on Parisian museums & cathedrals. Just walk around & marvel at the new American buildings were like being at home. Good place to be at when you miss home; may even meet someone from home ;-). Hopefully not your ex... hahaha...
DISNEY is my idol. He has been since many many years ago when I first visited Disney World.
Why? Because he's a man of vision. A person who has brilliantly translated his ideas & imagination into unmeasurable pleasure for millions of people in this world. What is success? To me it's the ability to make others & yourself happy. And indeed, Walt has done this not only in his lifetime but after as well. So, my utter respect for his ingenuity, courage & work!
WALTER ELIAS DISNEY (Dec. 5, 1901 - Dec. 15, 1966): A man of vision & imagination. Imagination that translated ideas from a pencil into THE WALT DISNEY WORLD & THE MAGIC KINGDOM, THE L.A. DISNEYLAND, TOKYO DISNEYLAND & EURO DISNEYLAND! These therefore equals miracles!
If you've spend enough time in Paris you can visit Disneyland for 1-2 days. Actually one day is too short and 2 days too long. But with the recently opened new park right next to Disneyland, you can spend your 2 days very good. Visiting Disneyland is esp. nice when you have kids or you want to have some cool rides yourself. However don't go there in the summer season, because the parc is too crowded. Best time to visit would be Beginning of June or September.
I believe that during the summer season you can visit Disneyland in the evening for a reduced price. This is really worth it's money since during the evening hours Disneyland is not as crowded as during daytime!
DisneyLand....you simply have to visit DisneyLand when your in Paris...for all the little kids in us. Disneyland Paris is more aimed for little kids, but there's plenty of Adult rides, such as Space Mountain which is a defiante must...just drooling about it now. Indiana Jones and Big Thunder Mountain are the really only ones that are fast enough and enjoyable. To see it all spend a day there...it's very amusing and i swear it will bring the little kid inside you alive again.
Visit Disneyland Paris on the travelogue !
If there you can’t be The King – it’s Mickey mouse – at least you can be a child – it’s better. Don’t fight back – just relax and let your child comes up. If I were a poet… see how wonderful is the name of the castle: CHÂTEAU DE LA BELLE AU BOIS DORMANT. (if Disney had been built in 1968, McCartney won’t say only “Michelle ma belle…”). Of course this chateau is not the most lovable chateau in France, but if you're a child inside, I will all so love this one.
Catch the areas of transition between themed areas in the park. The fort has some rooms and a walking path. The mixture of eras in the rooms can be overlooked, but those who really know their American History may be amused.
Barbie's house? LOL...
Nice though... Just the right one for Natalie, my 6-year old niece. Hahahaha...
