a nice chic, cachet restaurant cafe next to the invalides. on the museum of the army side.
fusion food at its best, with a classic French design and a wonderful view of the invalides
The site is in French but you can translate it with google. a nice place.
Favorite Dish: I go by there for a glass or salad with wine at lunch time, always a good ambiance. passing by again as a visitor to the city now I could not resist a glass of red wine again.
One of the very trendy and chic places in the 7th. Expensive but very hip!
Favorite Dish: We just had tea on their terrace and were charged 5.50 euro per person for a small pot of tea, not even loose tea but a simple teabag!
Somewhat unsatisfied because of the exorbitant price.
Cafe De L'esplanade
Just stopped off here for a quick drink before the fireworks - it did look like a very nice place to eat. Going by the price for a white wine and a beer (72FF) I don't think it is the cheapest option in Paris but the food looked yummy, the atmosphere was good and it is in a prime location - overlooking L'Hotel des Invalides (pictured).
