Quick, Paris

Hannah and I went here for breakfast whilst in Paris. I spotted a few of this chain around Paris although there are more McDonalds around.
I wasn't sure what it was when I ordered it but it looked nice. It was delicious. It was some sort of egg and bread but with a sweet taste.
Next time I am in Paris I will look for a Quick for breakfast.

Favorite Dish: French toast?

The truth is that I don’t like fast food places like McDonalds and Quick is just a local fast food chain that has no different food when it comes to variety or quality. But Paris is very expensive so visiting such places was the only thing we could do to save some money.

We tried some burgers, the long chicken (4.30e), the club 2 saumons (6,55e with fries and coke) which was better and a sea salad (5.95e) which was really bad. Some other people of our group tried the Long Fish meal and they seemed satisfied with it.

There are many Quick restaurants all over Paris (I saw one at Champs Elyesees) but the one we visited was right next to Republique metro station with a McD located a few meters away

Quick in my opinion is a much better alternative to McDonalds when youre looking for something "Quick". The Long Fish meal is excellent and great value! These restaurants are all over France and Belgium.

Favorite Dish: Instead I recommend Le Petit Bofinger, flunch, and I have to confess that both in Paris and in Provence (between Arles and Les Baux) just to get food out of the way & because I was in a hurry to get somewhere, I have quickly dispatched McDuckmeat.

I finally tried the Quick on the Champs Elysees: a dry suckmobile compared to a royalle cheese, but luckily Quick was conveniently located right next to a pharmacie.

Just always remember, when hungry for cheap McDuckmeat in Paris: ( HIT it sweetheart ....)

Okay, Quick is definitely a McDonald's knockoff and you can just as easily get a Royale with Cheese at the Mickey-D's down the street from Quick on Champs Elysee. But why? At first, the only reason we stopped at Quick was because of the name. We were starving and needed something fast. Going inside, however, it was nice to discover this humongous seating area filled with young, cute Parisian women. If the food doesn't do it for you, then at least think of this as a cheap way to enjoy the experience of dining on Champs Elysee without spending more than 10 Euros.

Favorite Dish: I had the cheeseburger and fries. It was just average, but again, you're here for the atmosphere and the price.

There are McDonalds in Paris but there are absolutely no Burger King restaurants. Instead Quick is the answer to not only your Burger King cravings but also to your McD's cravings as well.

I ate at the one located at 16 rue Tilsitt in 1999 while staying at Hotel Tilsitt in the 17th district. Uhm, I needed a burger fix actually and Quick came to the rescue. The burgers and fries are similar in taste to McDonalds and BK.

Favorite Dish: Typical burger and fries

An alternative to Mc Donalds these restaurants operate in much the same way with pommes frites etc.They can be found on the highways as well as the Cities. Quik Restaurants took over the Burger King chain and created their own. Its Quik and its cheap - no frills here.

Favorite Dish: There's a potato pattie burger with ham that's quite good.

'QUICK' fast food restaurant he..he..he.., coz it's fast and easy. Brasseries is a good choice too.
I went to many good places to eat, but I do not remember most of the names :(. My friend 'Nat' took me to have'crepes'at St.Germain (but again, can't remember the name) for sure I entered from rue de buci, St.Germain

I didn't have a chance to eat in restaurants in Paris because of a tight budget so here are some suggestions for tight bidget travelers :
Junk food ??? Go to Quick !!!
Quick is a fast food chain in France. It's the best place to eat junk food , there are some nice yummy things on the menu and the prices are OK!
Breakfast ? Check out Cafe Bastille at Place de la Bastille .
They have great morning breakfasts for 57F's - 62F's (it was in 99) . The breakfast includes Orange Juice, Coffee or Tea , bread , jams , cheese and butter and if you pick the more expensive deal you get an omlette. It's wondeful to sit there for breakfast and watch the city wake up . The french cafes open at about 7:30 in the morning !!!
