Run by one of the most renowned chefs of Paris, Alain Ducasse. Great food and a wine list which is just as great, though for less than in his other restaurant, called after him. Try meat dishes. You can get all this for some 40-60 Euros if you come at midday and surroundings and order a set menu. A sort of a business lunch:))
