Simple country cooking, with a spanish flavour. Ingredients is often hunted, gathered or grown locally. Some cooking on open fires, grillades - paella, a speciality, must be ordered in advance - especially for parties of more than 200.
Usually quiet, except for musical evenings - mainly C20th french music by various local bands.
