Like most old chrches there are other objects of artistic interest. A fragment of colored ancient wall painting has been discovered as well as other duller ones. There are more 12C carvings of some capitals and corbels (I assumed repositioned). In the first bay is a 16C polyptych on wood of the Crowning of the Virgin and Rosary related scenes. There are some statuary, carved choir stalls and more. It was hard to catch theseimages because the church is not well lit.

The interior of the church has its nave vaulted by three domes. Thisis an early method of vaulting derived from the Byznatines, first used in the West at St. Mark's Cathedral in Venice. It was employed in the middle of the 12C in some churches in Southern France and by the Normans in Palermo.

Although there is nothing to see on the West Facade, the chevet on the East end (near the parking area) is a striking example of the "Romanesque Cascade" because of the domes of the nave vaulting as well as the apse and chapels. All of the nave windows are high up and small lower ones are set in blind arches in the chevet. The whole structure has a dense military defensive appearance. Today the entrance is through the side of the narthex. Along the South side of the church is the plain cloister built in the 17C. (We think the monastery is still functional).
