When in Toulouse you must go to one of the sidewalk restaurants for a nice dinner. I went out several times and noticed two things:
1) everyone pays with a credit card
2) no one ever leaves a tip
'Service' is included in the price of the meal and credit cards seem to be universally accepted. Leave a Comment

 Le cloitre des Augustins by Klod5
The museum is installed in the former convent of Augustins. You will be able to admire the cloister that remains a hâvre of peace. Around the cloister and in the hall of the low, numerous statuary of the middle age (beautiful collection of gargoyles). One whole room is dedicated to the low marquees of columns of the numerous cloisters of the region. In the floors, you will be able to see in the lounges of the collections of pictures of the rebirth to the impressionists, and of the statuaries of the XIX th century. Don't also miss the cooked earths, that are a specificity of the region.

C'est le musée des arts et traditions d'Orient. Avec de magnifiques objets venus de Chine, du Japon, d'Asie centrale, d'Egypte et de tout le Moyen Orient. Dans une maison, qui était celle de l'explorateur, Georges Labit, dont l'architecture est très exotique. Le musée est entouré d'un parc ouvert au public.
It is the museum of the arts and traditions of Orient. With magnificent objects come from China, Japan, central Asia, Egypt and the whole Middle Orient. In a house, that was the one of the explorer, Georges Labit, whose architecture is very exotic. The museum is surrounded with a park opened to the public.

 Les Abattoirs by Klod5
Les collections sont présentées avec des renouvellements réguliers. La pièce majeure, "Le minautore" rideau de scène dessiné par Pablo Picasso n'est pas toujours présenté. Des expositions temporaires, toujours très ludiques et appréciés du public sont programmées tout au long de l'année. Comme tous les autres musées de Toulouse, l'entrée aux Abattoirs est gratuite le premier dimanche du mois.
The Modern art museum to been installed in the former closed municipal slaughterhouses. For the toulousains, the places been called "Les Abattoirs" therefore.
The collections are presented with regular renewals. The major piece, " The minautore " curtain of stage drawn by Pablo Picasso is not always presented. Of the temporary exhibitions, always very playful and appreciated of the public are programmed all along the year. As all others idled about of Toulouse, the entry to Les Abattoirs is free the first Sunday of the month.
