The Bistro Romain is an eating place of long standing. It has a fine kitchen of Italian fare and an efficient staff. Above all is the terrace which faces on the Place Wilson which is a restful place from which to watch Toulouse go by as the fountains gurgle. We became addicted to our introduction to Carpaccio and gorged on it for each of the 4 nights we were in Toulouse. (See more about our experience in our Intro).
