Here is a miniature of the real machine that cut half way to England, as the 2 machines got close to each other 1 started cutting down so the other one could pass over it to cut through the tunnel the one that cut down was buried and left there as it would be more expensive to take it out, the seconded one that pass over did not have the same fait I think it on display or being used for something else not sure

There are a few French café’s and restaurants at the centre commercial but if you need to eat quickly then you usually go to McDonalds. The French don’t really do quick service so don’t expect the usual. But the food is cheap and good.
Favorite Dish: The usual fare burgers, fries and cola.

Centre commercial is one of the first stops after coming from the channel tunnel. The area just outside Calais is full of discount wine and beer merchants and commercial centre’s like the cite Europe.
The supermarket sells a large array of croissants and pastries.
What to buy: Cheap wines, spirits and beer. french food including cheese, pastries, croissants and delicious french sandwiches.
