The Canadian National Vimy Memorial or the Vimy Ridge Memorial is the largest Canadian war memorial ever built. The memorial was built to honour the Candanian soliders who fought in the battle of Vimy Ridge, the memorial is built within the battlefields where you walk in the trenches built by the soliders.

Favorite thing: The Visitor Centre is not located at the Memorial . The Centre , Givenchy Road Cemetery , and trenches, etc are located slightly south of the Memorial ( a drive of approximately 5 minutes).
