As you enter Bonnieux, you'll find this rustic little restaurant, in a square with an old fountain. The restaurant is built into an old cave. It's very romantic, and very Provencial. The dishes are of course, simple, and fresh. I discoverd the best mustard in the world here, moutarde de mieux, a whole grain mustard that you could eat by itself. This place is a must for anyone in the area.
