After a day-long journey from Philadelphia to Bonnieux, this was a great place for my first dinner in Provence! The desserts(especially the chocolate torte) were incredible. A great local place..
Favorite Dish: The molten gateau chocolate was delectable! Perfectly cooked and just rich enough without being overly intense.
As you enter Bonnieux, you'll find this rustic little restaurant, in a square with an old fountain. The restaurant is built into an old cave. It's very romantic, and very Provencial. The dishes are of course, simple, and fresh. I discoverd the best mustard in the world here, moutarde de mieux, a whole grain mustard that you could eat by itself. This place is a must for anyone in the area.
Favorite Dish: Everything is great, especially the moutarde.
