Every Saturday the market in Fayence is worth a visit. It's not big but has varied produce and provencal souvenirs.
There is a smaller market on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Quite expensive: menus starting at 29 euros, but if you are into French food, it's worth the experience.
Nice ambience, old watermill with terrace looking on to greenery; swimming pool for the afternoon that remains

Favorite Dish: Mise en bouche gourmande
    Petits artichauts violets en barigoule
Bloody Mary de gambaronis a la brunoise de concombre citronee
Dourade Royale roti entiere, jus de soupe safranee, compotee de fenouil et chorizo
Supreme de pintadeau cuit a la peau, petit epautre au vert de courgette gastrique de vin rouge
Craquant de meringue rafrachi au sorbet d'abricots de Provence
Creme brulee a la vanille de Madagascar
