There Are a variety of markets in Frejus the Provencal markets are a bit of a tourist trap but you expect that on holidays. However on sturday Morning there is an arab Market held by the Romen Theatre in Frejus old town. This is a market for the locals and is as David Dickinson would say cheap as Chips selling Clothes Shoes ( high Qulity leather shoes from 10 euro's ) Jewelry fruit n veg hot food etc

While you'll be able to find mostly produce sold in this open market, there's much more too. You are bound to find something you like, whether it's something to eat or to keep.

Fréjus is in the region of the Côte de Provence wines, so if you're not into provence style knickknacks, local produce, dairy, spices, or olives, this one's for you.
If you don't happen to find wine here or miss the market, never fear, there are several wine shops in town.
Lovely old 17th Century building with a very good selection of Provencal wines
