moshe183654 Says: Canyoning- very fun, want to do it again. We hiked down the Ardeche river climbing over rocks and sliding down water falls. The funnest part/ scariest, was jumping from 25 feet up into the water.Hiking is also a lot of fun, the trails can be challenging though.
Kate-Me Says: We really enjoyed the flora and fauna on our hike in the Ardeche, particularly the brilliantly coloured dragonflies which flew around us while we sat by the side of a small stream eating our picnic lunch.
Kate-Me Says: On the Saturday morning of our visit, we visited the Market in the streets of Aubenas - covers several streets and is a mixture of local produce and cheese, clothing, souvenirs from Provence, jewellery and lots lots more.
Kate-Me Says: Our 5 hour (8 km) walk with Fred and his dog Milla in the Ardeche was an unforgettable experience in several ways. It was great to be 'off the beaten track' a little more than usual during our 5 week trip around France.
Kate-Me Says: This is my favorite view of Aubenas, found quite by accident while we were wandering the local market at the top of one of the streets.

Under construction.... We spent 2 days staying near Aubenas with my friend Fred from the forums and his partner and dog.

I travelled south by train then bus to be met by my friend Skydive Fred. He showed me around and I took these photosof rock formations and old castles.
