This restaurant is definitely a local one. St Pierre d'Albigny is located on the side of a small mountain and the restaurant is at the base.
Favorite Dish: My friend and I decided to have the raclette. I have eaten raclette many times before, but never seen it quite like this. The waitress started up the fire, and after stoking and waiting, shoveled hot coals into a grill. We had a large piece of cheese that we then slid up to the grill to bubble. We then scraped the melted goodness over the very tasty potatoes supplied and dug in. The cost was 20 euros a head for as much as you could eat.
