At the entrance of the medieval village, with a great view on the Geneva Lake, this place exists since 1587 and is probably the oldest bar in Yvoire.
Perch filets are the speciality of most of the restaurants at Geneva Lake. You can taste them here with melted butter and lemon, with cream and mushrooms, with crayfish and cardamome flavour. Leave a Comment

Restaurant du Port by cadzand Nestled on the shore of Lake Geneva the "Charming Hotel" and "une Grande Table" welcome you between flowers in the Medieval Village of Yvoire.
Ask for perch filets and crayfish au gratin, or fried perch filets and lemon sauce and youwon't be disappointed. Leave a Comment

La Perche by Tripack This old fisherman house offers a cosy place and shaded terrace to taste the famous “filets de perche” with one of the 18 home-made recipes. Do not think that these fishes are from the Geneva lake… tons are needed to feed all the thousands of hungry Yvoire visitors ;-)
Filets de perche of course! Leave a Comment

We were between meals but I couldn't pass up a snack after seeing gelato stands and crepe stands every few feet. It was a rather warm day and the line for the gelato was loooong so I opted for a crepe instead with my favorite filling, nutella and banana. It's cheaper if you get it to go, I think it was 3E for my crepe. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture, I was too busy eating!
