Luggage and bags: Though the train station is close to the city center, a backpack is a lot easier to lug there than a suitcase on wheels.
Photo Equipment: Lots of film, Bamberg is one of the most picturesque cities in Germany. A wide angle lens come in handy for taking shots of buildings that otherwise always seem too close.
