Sun-tan lotion - it may be cold but the sun's rays are still strong (especially high up).
When away I always find myself wishing I had brought some binoculars. With the stunning views you can find in this part of the world I would highly recommend bringing some along. If your German is as bad as mine is - don't forget a phrase book!! Leave a Comment

Remember the new rules within the European Union: carry all liquids in a see-though bag no more no less than 1 litre. No containers with fluids exceeding 100 ml, they will be confiscated by airport security.
The best thing to do is to keep all your toiletries in the checked in luggage, then you don't have to worry.
Warm clothes in the winter. It gets cold, especially in the morning with the fog hanging low in the town. Also warm and comfortable booths for hiking.
Consider buying a ski outfit even though you are not skiing. It's adapted to the temperature and will keep you warm at all times.
You'll wanna remember your camera for this trip. Soo much to see and shoot. If you're not shooting digital, there are plenty of shops where you can replenish your film stock. Leave a Comment
