I wanted to have a haircut when I was near LMU and went to Haar Forum for the drop-in hair cut. I asked to cut 2-3cm but the woman only cut my hair in the same length instead. Since it was only 12€ and I was in hurry, so I tried just to pay for what I've got. I gave her 52€ for 12€ charge. Then she tried to give me only 30€ back. I made the argument in German and started filming for the evidence. She later used the calculator for calculating 52€ minus 12€. Then she returned me 40€ back. I got some other discrimination in the area, so I guess that is common practice near LMU to cheat the foreigners. Watch out for such dishonest Germans.
Haar Forum:
Schellingstr. 20, München.
Here is my vid about the incident. They say the hair cut is only 12€, but they might charge you 22€ instead.

Munich has become a dangerous place to go to: There are lions everywhere in the city centre!!! Fortunately, they are made of plastic and stone - and they look incredibly trashy! The lions are part of the pre-football world cup advertising campaign as the world cup's mascot is a lion. Everybody who is willing to keep a kitschy lion can purchase one and the money is donated to a welfare organization.
Definitely a good idea - though they could have chosen some more beautiful mascot. :-)
