Dachau - Concentration Camp, Munich

Not a pleasant way to spend an afternoon but everyone should visit it if in Munich. It is a part of this world's history and should not be forgotten about.

When at Dachau, take a look at the security system that was used to keep everyone inside it's gates. It's so simple, yet no one ever escaped.

Have a look at all the foundations that once were under the 40 barracks that housed all of the prisinors of the camp.

I reccomend going to the bunker building and then to the gas chamber and Krematorium. Its a sobering experience.

Dachau is something to see but has you can imagine it is disturbing. More for some than others. A lot of people get out in tears, so be aware the experience is very intense.
