The best way to reach Neubeuern is by car. Since Neubeuern is located on the other side of Inn river looking from the motorway, you may take a country road.
You could use the motorway Rosenheim - Kufstein and cross a bridge across the Inn river. Or if you are travelling on the Salzburg - Munich motorway, you can use an exit before Rosenheim and take the country road towards Kufstein.
