These are the stairs going up from the river to the old castle, well, yes, I found out that there is some older castle here is well with watch towers, but I couldn’t really find the way in and couldn’t climb up there with Netta, half of the stairs were broken.

This is the very old castle or fortress that I saw while walking by the river. It is located at the edge of the classic old city. Sorry, I can’t give much more details then that.

Neuburg an der Donau orn in short just Neuburg is a small city by the river Danube. It has nice old city and castle to check out while you visiting the region.
My guidebook describes it as one of Bavaria's loveliest towns. OK, facts not opinions! It has a population of about 25k, so it's not big. The castle (or is it a palace) dates back to 1500...
