One of the things I like to do when I visit Obergünzburg is to take a hike through the woods along the Dillinger Weg. Take Liebenthannstraße out of town up towards Berg. You can do this on foot, but watch out for cars speeding up and down this road. As the road enters the woods, there is a small stone bench area with a fountain on the left. On the right is the entrance to the path which is clearly marked by a sign. A nice pair of hiking shoes might be helpful here since it can be a bit muddy and slippery at times. Continue on until you reach John Dillinger's gravesite. Just kidding. I don't know who the trail was named for, but I doubt it was the famous American gangster.
