I think the flag of our little state is a good buy. Why? Nobody will know where that is from and it is extremely decorative. It is called the "Speckflagge". Speck = bacon due to its red and white stripes. You see the two lions holding up the "Bremer Schluessel" (key). The Hamburg flag (not a good buy, pretty boring ;-) shows a gate. The story back from the good old time when ports and trading were even more essential to our cities life, goes that Hamburg is the gate to the world and Bremen holds the key to it. Convinced to buy?
With 10 Euros you should be able to get one. Leave a Comment Theme: Home FurnishingAddress: Souvenir shops or local tourism officesDirections: Train Station Next to Rathaus (town hall) Schnoor other places

Bremen's Rathaus has one of Germany's best wine cellars and you can buy these wines from the shop at the rear of the Rathaus. It's the type of ship where you know you'll probably have to buy something just for looking and it's probably more expensive than the local supermarkets. Nevertheless, a great place for buying presents. Leave a Comment Theme: Food and DrinkAddress: Schoppensteel 1

1) Souvenirs of the Bremer Stadtmusikanten are the same everywhere – what you see around the Dom is pretty much what’s available. 2) I don’t think there’s a really well-done mini statue available anywhere, but there are a lot of truly bad ones. 3) The same item costs the same everywhere; maybe marginally less in the Marktplatz. (Even if you buy something, get your picture taken with the real thing, and be sure to touch the donkey’s foot for luck.) Beyond the statue: · there’s a larger store at the northeastern end of the Böttcherstrasse that has some good reproductions of old etchings and modern drawings of Bremen and the local sights (they aren’t cheap) · there are a couple of places that sell small bottles of some of the wines available in the Ratskeller (supposed to be a great collection) · Hachez chocolates are divine (the store is located just northwest of the Marktplatz on the main road leading in) · there’s a small shop at the Dom end of Schnoor that specializes in souvenirs of the seagoing merchant history of Bremen and Bremerhaven with models of ships in and out of bottles, of all sizes and quality of construction Theme: Other

With its 120 shops and departments stores, 120,000 square meters and 3,500 free parking spaces the Weserpark claims to be the largest mall in Germany. The shopping center also has several restaurants and fast food joints. Adjacent to the Weserpark is the CineStar Kristall-Palast, a huge cinema. At first this was a dull shop. Beware, when you enter at streetlevel, you only will encounter uninteresting material in a small space. DO GO UP to the first floor and you will be busy for the next 2 hours. It's impossible to leave without a purchase.
