This restaurant has the best Pina Coladas in the world. Excellent service. We were even able to find someone who speaks English to help us with translation & ordering. The food was awesome, it was really hard to stop eating.
Favorite Dish: It was a combo plate for two with a Torta, Enchillada, Burritoes, chips & salsa, beans & rice, & Fajitas wrap too. The Torta & Burritoes were the best. The chips & salsa were very tasty as well. It was better than any mexican food I've ever had & that's saying some thing since I come from the Pasadena area of Texas aka Little Mexico. I have also made many trips to Mexico and though the food was great it fails in comparison. Everyone must try this food. If you like pina coladas you must try them here too.
This beautiful coffee house is very close to the palace in Ettlingen, but, to be honest nowhere is far as the town itself is not huge. When we arrived on a cold November afternoon the place was absolutely packed but we managed to squeeze into a corner table. The Cakes on offer looked lovely but we only took coffee and teas.
Service was good and prices very reasonable for this popular place.
Favorite Dish: We only had coffee and tea but the cakes did look scrummy. Portion sizes of the cakes were huge and would have left us no room for dinner!!
The "Erbprinz" Hotel was built more than 200 years ago and has the atmosphere of a traditional Grand Hotel with a special historical flair.
The Erbprinz is VERY well known in the area, not only as a restaurant, but also as a hotel.
Favorite Dish: We were invited to a wedding there and enjoyed a most delicious buffet with smoked fish, melon and ham, soup, different meats and vegetables plus most enjoyable desserts. The wedding cake was the highlight of the evening, of course!
