On Marketsquare you can usually find quite a bit going on until later in the evening - there are some cafés, restaurants and pubs there - and quite often you have festivals taking place right on marketsquare.
Last night, for instance (Oct. 4, 2003) there was a TV show broadcasted from Karlsruhe - and thousands of people met on Market Square to watch the show on two giant screens, have a beer and eat a bratwurst. It was a lot of fun!!!
