On June 22nd 2003 the 10th Stuttgart Smart Lauf will take place....and this year I want to try it too. So who will come to either run along or at least cheer?!

Yes I made it!!! After 2:22hrs I arrived at the Daimlerstadium, what a fantastic feeling!!
In 2004 (20.06) I'll surely run again hopefully a bit faster.
This year Stuttgart had a new participant record more than 16000 people started....we are second after the Berlin marathon now!!
There will also be an inline halfmarathon, running and inline contest for the kids, a wheelchair halfmarathon and walking. Leave a Comment

Stuttgart will be one of the venues for the soccer World Cup in 2006. Maybe we will even get on of the semifinals.

I don´t know whether you regard it as sports but you can enjoy a trip along the River Neckar on one of the boats of the Neckar-Personen-Schiffahrt (Neckar Passenger Ship Service - NPS). Well, the WC is behind us and we had enough time to analyze what happened, where our teams made a mistake etc. My home team, Serbia & Montenegro did the worst possible job! Not trying to make any excuses but the fact is that those boys have played under a name and colors of a country that does not exist anymore, with national anthem of a country that fell apart 15 years ago. Not to mention lousy referees, upon whome I think this WC will be remebered and the fact that everything was so well organized. But the fact is that not only Serbia was "robbed", but also other countries like Australia. If that nonexistant 16m penalty wasn't whistled for Italy in the last moment, they wouldn't have been where they are. Everybody is laughing at Zidane, but his reaction was human. The italian person wasn't punished for verbal hurrasment. Calling Zidanes female family members, including his little doughter, terrorist whores would've made anyone react even worse than what this great Player had done...
But, it is all behind us and we must concentrate to the qualifications for 2008 :)
