    YUMMYYYY!!!! And very nice variety of pastry!!! Now that IS indeed something I do love about Germany their immense variety of bread/pastry!!!

    Main railway station of Potsdam itself has the biggest shopping area in Potsdam. There are variety of shops it that area.
    There are plenty of café and restaurants on first floor.

    Brandenburger Strasse, which leads in to Park Sanssouci, is full of cafes, ice-cream stalls, souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. It's quite a lively place, though if you wander around some of the quieter streets of Potsdam, cheaper restaurants can be found.

    Cute, clean, little shop with a cute collection of Potsdam postcards, school supplies, and other nice stuff. Every thing necessary for a scrap book doing fan like me. Less expensive. Also this store has a nice, romantic way of paper scent. Love that shop's paper scent. Reminded me on my yrs of junior high. lol.

    Almost no parking opportunities. Not wheel chair accessible.

    The shop is the usual one you can find beside a touristic spot (inside in this case). Among many useless stuff there are some books.

    What you have to buy is a book published by Schnell-Steiner and translated in many languages (I saw english, french, italian). It's a comprehensive list with details and pics of Roman castles you can find hangin aroud Germany.

    I paid 10 euro and the book is worthy of them !

    I so wish we had checked out that store. It's such a neat and special store with only providing cheese (a selection of about 130 different cheese - imagine!). Cheese, cheese, and more cheese. It's such a lovely, neat looking place, so clean, and friendly as if that store wasn't located in a big town like Potsdam but in some country side of Hesse or so. If you ever pass by "Kaesestuebchen" PLEASE go in and have a bite for me.
