The Cental City Park in Kassel is impressive, but if you have a health condition where it may be dangerous for you to exert yourself, be advised that it is strenuous walking up to the top where the Hercules monument is located. You can park or take a bus to the top and walk down and bus back up if you park there. This is not somewhere to attempt to go on foot if you are not in reasonably decent condition.
