Hans and I needed something to eat and drink in the morning, so I did not hesitate to have the Breakfast Buffet offered at the IBIS (10,00 Euros) from 6:00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. - until 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.
I didn't know what to expect, but we were more than satisfied with the offerings which included:
Coffee Machine where we both had the most delicious cafe' au lait
Assorted tea selection - at least ten different kinds
Rolls - bread - croissants
Becel - butter - honey - Nutella
Cereals - cold and hot
Eggs - Hard-boiled and scrambled
Meats including ham, salami and prosciutto
Fish - pickled
Yogurts - different flavors
Fruit Bowl - cut-up melons, mango, pineapple and apples.
All in all very delicious and filling
Favorite Dish: We also had a bite to eat at the IBIS. The Snack Bar was open until 6:30 p.m. We shared a tuna pizza - 8 slices ( 8,90 Euros) which was quite good and enough for the two of us. We also had a 200 ml bottle of Sprite (2,30 Euros each).
There were other things on the menu also.
Great small local neighborhood Italian restaurant with absolutely great food at very reasonable prices. Brazini fish was outstanding as well as Tortolino Della Casa and veal dishes. Only have house wine of poor quality so you might want to order beer
Favorite Dish: Tortollino Della Casa

A big reason why we booked the IBIS was because it offered free shuttle buses to and from the airport.
Located outside Terminal 1 Arrivals Hall.
It is offered from 4:55 a.m. to 11:10 p.m.
After getting off the plane, we headed for the EXIT as the location of the Bus Stand is just outside the Terminal 1. It was so easy to find and the IBIS bus schedule is posted on the wall. Other Hotels have a complimentary phone if you need their shuttle.
If you arrive into Terminal 2, you need to take the airport shuttle bus for a short transfer to Terminal 1.
This was a great service.
In the morning we checked the bus schedule to see what the best time was to catch the bus. In our case it was the 10.05 a.m. bus and actually the full size bus was almost full as it picked up people from the Mercure also.
