this is a special tip for VTer Madschick (Heinz), who is a passionate collector of old keys. There is a nice little exhibition of keys in the Pied Piper Museum of Hameln.

And, even in Hameln, street musicians and acts were everywhere. Seems as if everyone is doing things like this these days. Really kind of pleasant though.

Here you can see a bunch of ladies out marching through the streets. The one I am signing her back is getting married that weekend. Seems as if they are having their last fling. You gave them money and selected stuff off of the board on her back. Some items were very risque!

One of the restaurants we used to haunt was Pizza Roma. Nothing like pizza in the U.S. You could get a fried egg on your pizza here, as an example. And, the ever present German wine and beer of course. Great pizza. Let's go inside...

This has got to be one of my most favorite things to do when visiting Germany. The German breakfast. Hard rolls, boiled eggs, juice, milk, coffee, jelly, all kinds of cut meats, you name it, it's there. I really miss the Brotchen (bread) when not in Germany.

We stayed right in city center. City center has a great walking mall. You really never tire of the hustle and bustle, small town atmosphere here. Kristy bought her husband a hunting knife in this store.
