  • Wonderful food in lovely Bispingen

Fantastic yet modest & cosy steakhouse in the very lovely & small town of Bispingen (an about 44 mns drive from Lueneburg). Waitress/or owner was amazingly friendly, attentive, awesomely kind towards children. Had a great meal called "lady steak" with great & crispy frites. • Private Brewery

Down there you sit on large benches and on long wooden tables... a bit like in the middle age. Upstairs it's more like a big pub. We had an Italian buffet here.....the best of it was probably the "no calories included"...

I went to Lueneburg with train from Braunschweig. We travelled with Niedersachsenticket so we did not used IC and changed the trains on Uelzen (i.e. with Deutsche Bahn till Uelzen and from there with Metronom till Lueneburg). If you travel there in the same way do not miss the opportunity to look at train station in Uelczen desinged by Hundertwasser.
