Bigs Says: After visiting the elks I know why Germany always fails in the P.I.S.A. studies.... There were two kids watching the elks telling mum and dad: "Look the camels.....!" :) The kids were missing the antlers....
Bigs Says: hahaha, what a show was going on in the boars home when my friend Dorit and I visited last time. It was spring ok, but why was every pig running around the huge areal like crazy... ??? The were going wild....and we had a good laugh and stared for ages....
Bigs Says: Actually the park is named after these huge bisons, called "Wisent" in German. Again an animal you find hardly in any zoos I would say..... Even these huge guys liked the snow....
Bigs Says: Sharing a big exposure with the two bears works out pretty fine as it seems. Ok, the bears are the bosses. If they come too close the wolves are moving a centimeter, not very much more to be honest. They know each other already.
