The "Teuteburger Wald" is a big forrest with very nice trails for mountain bikers. There are nice single trails and some small downhill parts. Enjoy the trails.
Equipment: You need a Hardtail or a Fully to have fun on the trails. Do not forget the Helmet and of course a rucksack with some water will be needed.

The local soccer team Arminia Bielefeld was founded in 1905 and is currently number 13 (out of 18) in the first federal German soccer league. The rule is that the bottom three teams at the end of the season are demoted to the second league, which has happened to Arminia six times so far (since 1963).
The top three teams of the second league are then promoted to the first league, which has happened to Arminia seven times. Their most recent promotion was for the 2004-2005 season.
In this photo, which I took on September 15, 2007, a few of the 20,600 spectators are on their way home after watching their home team Arminia Bielefeld beat Hansa Rostock 4:2.
