There are many great places to hang around in the city, especially in the summer.
Those of you who want to dance will easily find their favourite place to go by checking the 'Coolibri', a magazine you get for free in every pub and which tells you everything about the nightlife in the region.
By the way, nightowls can stay in the city for breakfast because many places serve breakfast from the early morning hours.

At Wagemi e.V. at the other side of Bochum Langendreer
I was there on a funny concert. It was a very small room with a very tiny stage and a tiny bar and also a beergarden. It was cool, but I think it was a private party. Or only for people who know this kind of scene.

This is a very stylish bar who looks a bit like a big living room. The light isn't glaring and the customers are a good mixture of gays and heteros. The drinks are ok, and it's not too expensive. Also you can eat something. The service is friendly and quit fast.

This Club is in the 1 etage of a normal house.Downstairs is the bar and the entree and the toilets, upstairs there is the dancefloor or the stage and also there's a bar.
It's normally a gothic club so you wear gothic-like clothes.
