That’s the best pork I’ve ever tried. I think it was knuckle of pork. They have different portions big, small, garnished or not, as a sandwich and more and more. I had that one as a sandwich with baked potatoes and I ate too much. They were 2 big tables outside and many people waiting to be placed.
