    I haven't found any information on when the Friedenskirche, a protestant church, was built. It must have been some time during the 20th century.

    We walked up to the church on the road but went down the hill again on the footpath behind the church which took us across the Verse river (see photo no. 2) back to the main road and to the old listed bridge (picture no. 3) across which we had parked the car.

    On the side of the main road by the old stone bridge there is a pizza place in kind of a shack with outdoor seating which seems to be popular with bikers as there is plenty of parking around.
